More than employee birthdays, we love celebrating work anniversaries.

Because a birthday is just a date. An anniversary is a story.

A story about trust, growth, shared crises, victories, difficult decisions, and all those moments of “this is risky… but let’s do it anyway.”

Today marks 7 years of at Evroprom 💛

In 7 years, a child usually:
starts school,
learns how to write,
begins arguing with adults,
makes their first “big small” decisions,
and slowly grows into an independent person.

somehow managed to speedrun that journey 😄

Our “gifted child” skipped the early grades and went straight into the high school of business, logistics, engineering, negotiations, and “let’s take on even more.”

Of course, this overachiever rebels sometimes 😄

But honestly, that’s what pushes the whole company forward faster.

And we genuinely wish everyone colleagues like Ira.
