In a world that is becoming increasingly digital, meetings like this are genuinely valuable.

The idea for “Coffee & Construction” started with a simple coffee and a conversation with Paweł Dopierała. It was meant to be a small local gathering… yet people travelled from both the north and south of Poland to join us.

And that says a lot about how much we still need real conversations, knowledge sharing, and face-to-face connections within the industry.

We also know that many of you couldn’t make it. We received messages asking whether the talks would be available online - so keep an eye on our social media, as we’ll soon be sharing highlights and recorded presentations.

And they’re definitely worth watching.
Aleksandra Zielazna-Pawlukiewicz, Marcin Barwinski, KATARZYNA BARCZ and Szymon Bloch shared practical examples of working with BIM, AI and emerging technologies, along with genuinely useful insights on how these processes can be done better and more efficiently.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and especially to the Frescon team for helping organise the event.

What we’ll come up with next, we still don’t know.
But one thing is certain - we’ll definitely keep creating opportunities to meet, exchange ideas, and have conversations like these ☕

Ah, the "minor tweak". Pretty sure everyone in this industry flinches at those two words. ☕

There’s a specific internal screaming only a BIM Coordinator knows. It’s that moment when you’ve finally cleared the carnage of a clash log, only for someone to "pop in" with some "small changes."

But realistically, this is the job. Every one of those 14,360 new clashes is a problem solved digitally rather than a disaster on-site. We’d much rather deal with that blank, shell-shocked stare in front of a monitor than a frantic site manager standing next to a misplaced column.

It's about staying adaptable. In the digital world, we have the luxury of fixing these "minor" landslides before they hit the real world. It’s messy, it’s frustrating, but it’s exactly why the process exists.

Byłyśmy tam po raz pierwszy. I już wiemy, że nie ostatni.

Monika Filusch i Katarzyna Barcz miały przyjemność reprezentować nas na konferencji Nowa Ja w budownictwie.

To dopiero trzecia edycja, a atmosfera, organizacja i skala wydarzenia mówiły zupełnie co innego.

stworzyła coś, co wygląda jak konferencja z wieloletnią tradycją – i co ważniejsze, zgromadziła wokół niej prawdziwą, zaangażowaną społeczność.
Kasia wystąpiła z prezentacją o tym, jak AI i dobrze poukładane procesy realnie przekładają się na efektywność projektów. Mówiła o automatyzacji, eliminowaniu chaosu i o tym, że technologia powinna wspierać ludzi – nie ich przytłaczać.
Temat trafił w punkt.

Oficjalnie to był event dla kobiet. Nieoficjalnie – jesteśmy pewne, że niejednego pana tematyka by wciągnęła. 😊
Anno, dziękujemy za zaproszenie i za to, że nas tam sprowadziłaś. Mamy nadzieję, że to był pierwszy z wielu wspólnych rozdziałów.

💡 Kasia Lipka-Sidor podzieliła się sposobami na work–life balance w świecie, który nigdy nie zwalnia.
🕵️‍♂️ Michał Rościszewski wprowadził nas w świat BIM-detektywa – jak wytrwale szukać źródeł błędów i zwiększać efektywność zespołu.
🌱 Artur Baranowski dał lekcję z 10 lat prowadzenia biura: zasady, szczerość, AI w narzędziach i dbanie o zespół.
🚆 Wiktor Mertka opowiedział o BIM-owych strategiach PKM i odwadze instytucji publicznych w wdrażaniu BIM.

Nie zabrakło też memów ze zwierzakami, pizzy i świątecznych akcentów 😋🎄🍕
