🚨 Is your window sill installed WRONG? 🚨

One tiny mistake here = rainwater leaking straight into your room. 💧

The fix? We NEVER install the sill as a single flat piece. Instead, we split it into two levels — keeping the window frame raised HIGHER than the outer edge.

Result: rain hits the sill, slides off, and has ZERO way back in. ✅

One question we get asked all the time — should the washroom niche be built during grey structure or at the finishing stage? The answer is always finishing stage. Here's why. 💡

Until your tile is selected, you don't know the exact tile size. Build the niche too early and when the large-format tile goes in, the lines won't align — cuts will fall awkwardly and the whole niche looks off. Wait for tile selection first, then let your tile fixer cut and build the niche around the tile grid. Every line lands perfectly, every piece fits cleanly, and the result looks exactly as it should. ✅

This is the kind of job knowledge that separates a good finish from a great one. Small decision — massive visual impact. Always build your niches at finishing stage.

Waterproofing done. P-trap in place. Tiles perfect. And still — the smell keeps coming back. Sound familiar? The problem isn't what you can see. It's what's missing behind the wall — a vent pipe. 👀

Every drain pipe in your washroom needs a vent tower installed on the outside. This vent releases all trapped smell directly into the open air — above window level — so it never finds its way back inside. No vent = permanent smell. It's that simple. 💯
