Assisting with formulation of Brief, Location Studies, Discussion with Client and knowing his requirements

Sketch Design:
Space Planning, Architectural Design

Developed Design:
Detailed Planning, Selecting Materials, Presentation Drawings, 3D Computer Models, Engaging Consultants if necessary

Documentation:
Coordination of Consultants, Comprehensive Specifications, Color schemes, Building Consent Application

Contract Observations:
Site Observation, Quality Control & Client Reports
