A curved, fully glazed structure sits above this home's boundary wall, breaking completely from the classical detailing on the wall beneath it. The contrast is deliberate, ornate plasterwork below, clean modern curvature above, proof that a single elevation can hold two very different design languages and still work.

Most lounges are planned as a straight rectangular box, but this first floor lounge breaks from that with walls set at different angles. That shift changes how the room feels to sit in, even though the square footage isn't dramatically different. Ventilation sits on the side near the TV wall, and a kitchen aid fits into the layout without crowding the seating area. Planning a lounge like this takes more thought upfront, but it avoids the flat, boxed in feeling a lot of straight layouts end up with.

Sapphire 1 has reached its 3rd slab in just 1.5 months, with only the mumty slab left before the grey structure is complete. While that final slab comes together, internal electrical and plumbing work is already underway, keeping the project moving instead of waiting for one stage to fully finish before starting the next. At this pace, the grey structure is expected to wrap up within another 1 to 1.5 months.

This entrance lobby uses a curved staircase to connect the ground and first floor instead of a straight run tucked into a corner. The curve softens the space and lets the double height lobby read as a design feature rather than just a passage. It also improves circulation, since the shape naturally guides movement toward the rooms upstairs. A staircase like this ends up defining how the entire entrance is experienced.

The elevation on this home runs along the longer side, so the porch doesn't drop you straight into the entrance the way most driveways do. Instead, a designed lawn leads the way to the main door, ending in a fountain and a small sitting area before you even reach the house. That extra distance turns arrival into part of the experience rather than just a walk from the car. A lawn planned like this does more for a home's first impression than most elevations manage.

This lobby connects three levels at once, from the basement up through the ground floor and into the first floor, using a bridge on the ground floor and a series of openings that link the space vertically. That connection means movement between floors is visible and audible, which makes a basement level feel like part of the home instead of a separate, closed off area. This kind of layout depends on getting the structure right from the start, since these openings need to be planned early, not added later.
