​Position: Site Engineer / Junior Architect (Project Coordinator)

Location: Lahore (Field + Office)
Job Type: Full-time (With 3-month probation period)
​About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, honest, and dedicated individual to join our team. If you have a passion for construction, field supervision, and want to learn how to manage premium residential and commercial projects from scratch, this role is for you!
​Key Responsibilities:
​Daily site supervision to ensure quality control and progress.
​Managing labor, sub-contractors, and material supply on various sites.
​Daily reporting to the Principal Architect (via photos/videos/status updates).
​Coordinating with vendors and handling basic material procurement.
​Assisting in basic office work/drawings when required.
​Requirements:
​Education: DAE (Civil) / B.Sc Civil Engineering / B.Arch.
​Experience: 1 to 2 years of practical experience on construction sites in Lahore. (Fresh graduates with strong dedication may also apply).
​Skills: Strong communication, site management, and basic understanding of construction drawings.
​Must Have: Own motorbike and a valid driving license (Mandatory for site visits).
