Material aap khud lenge, lekin uske saath quantity, quality, rates, delivery aur wastage ki responsibility bhi aapki hogi.

Agar planning aur supervision strong na ho, to jo saving sochi thi woh extra cost mein convert ho sakti hai.

Cheap labour rate ≠ guaranteed lower project cost.

Phir shuru hogi tor-phor, extra cost aur damaged finishing.

Isliye construction ke time hi plan karein:

❌ Electrical conduits
❌ Kitchen hood & exhaust ducts
❌ Ceiling ventilators

Finishing se pehle hidden work complete hona chahiye.

Simple answer ye hai ke finishing ki cost har ghar me different hoti hai.

Isliye pehle grey structure ka budget secure karein, uske baad remaining budget ke hisaab se finishing decide karein.

Expensive tiles, sanitary, woodwork aur fittings — ye sab finishing budget ko completely change kar sakte hain.
