S214 is a single-family residence that employs a contemporary minimalist design language, defined by clean volumes, geometric forms, and a refined material palette. The façade combines a soft cornered monolithic mass in taupe microcemeny plaster with perforated black metal screens that provide privacy, shade, and ventilation, while a warm wooden door introduces a natural accent. Soft landscaping and cascading greenery balance the composition with a touch of nature.
Spatially, the house is compactly planned around multiple light wells, ensuring ample daylight and cross ventilation throughout. The layout accommodates four bedrooms organized efficiently to maximize usable space while maintaining privacy. The light wells not only brighten the interiors but also create visual connections across levels, enhancing the sense of openness within the compact footprint.
