Surround Architects brings a regal warmth to the Heritage Jewellers store at Dolmen Mall, Lahore. With soft arches, golden hues, and royal blue accents, the space is elevated by a stunning crystal chandelier that anchors the room in pure luxury. A workplace should do more than function—it should inspire. This corporate office is designed to enhance the way people work, connect, and recharge. A neutral palette of whites and greys, accented with warm wood textures, creates a refined yet inviting atmosphere.

Defined zones—shaped by ceiling variations and subtle color shifts—allow for both focused work and seamless collaboration. Tech-enabled meeting rooms with acoustic treatments ensure clarity, while an open-plan layout balances agility with privacy. A thoughtfully integrated cafeteria becomes a hub for informal interactions, and motivational wall graphics energize the space. Framed by sweeping sea views, this office is more than a workspace—it’s a catalyst for productivity and innovation.

Designing with Intent, Celebrating the Essentials

While conceptualizing .pk , we worked to preserve the building’s core while developing new solutions for its structure and capacity. Instead of concealing essential elements, we chose to celebrate them—letting structural joineries, exposed metal checkered plates, raw concrete slabs, and textured overlays define the space.

From a bespoke door handle subtly marked with The Hive identity to bold graphics on glass panels, every detail adds to the experience. The yellow spiral staircase transforms a functional necessity into a striking focal point, while a deep blue-painted staircase continues the theme of color play. These elements don’t just exist; they become part of the design language, layered with hues and textures, balanced against subdued backgrounds to maintain warmth.

At The Hive, the everyday is elevated—where raw meets refined, and function meets artistry.
