⚠️ The Reality of – Installers Beware ⚠️

We installed a Solis inverter for a client, and the customer still owes us Rs. 90,000. When we contacted Solis to block the inverter for payment security, here’s what happened:

❌ They refused to block the inverter
❌ They removed our administrator access without any reason
❌ They created a direct account for the client, completely bypassing us

This is completely unethical and shows that Solis does NOT support installers. Instead of protecting the installer who did the work, they sided with the customer and gave them full control.

Honestly, brands like are far better in this regard — at least they support and respect their installers.

⚠️ Strong Advice:
Avoid installing Solis inverters. Their team tends to support the client instead of the installer, which can create serious issues for your business.
