2,000 sq. yd. Residence — DHA Phase VIII Karachi

Named for its defining gesture a cantilevered wooden soffit that appears to hover above solid stone The Float is where mass and lightness meet in quiet tension. A textured limestone volume anchors the façade while the timber overhang glides above it, casting shadows that shift with the day. Inside, generous glazing, framed balconies, and a private courtyard with a linear pool carry the same warm wood and soft stone from street to garden. Bold in silhouette, calm in material, effortless in scale.
