🔋 50kWh Hybrid Energy Storage System | Engineered for Safety & Performance

This project features a 50kWh hybrid battery storage system consisting of 10 lithium-ion batteries (5kWh each), professionally installed and integrated by Limitless Solutions.

To ensure long-term reliability, the batteries are housed inside a custom-designed IP65-rated enclosure, specially engineered to protect the system from dust, moisture, and harsh environmental conditions. Since these batteries do not come with built-in IP65 protection, this enclosure plays a critical role in safeguarding the system.

An active cooling system is installed within the battery rack to exhaust hot air and maintain a stable internal temperature, ensuring optimal battery performance and extended lifespan.

For enhanced safety, the battery bank is not directly connected to the inverter. Instead, DC breakers have been installed to provide proper isolation and protection.
The solar side includes 4 PV strings with a total capacity of 27kW, each equipped with DC SPDs to protect the system against voltage surges.

The system is powered by a GoodWe 20kW, 3-phase hybrid inverter, allowing real-time monitoring of system performance through a mobile application.
An AC distribution panel with AC SPD and dedicated breakers manages inverter input and household load safely.

For uninterrupted power, an emergency bypass switch is also installed, allowing the load to shift directly to utility supply whenever required.

We’ve successfully installed a 300-Liter Solar Water Heating System at our client’s residence in DHA Phase 1, Karachi. Due to limited rooftop space already occupied by solar panels, our team designed and fabricated a custom MS (mild steel) structure to accommodate the geyser safely and efficiently.
