Redefining modern luxury in the heart of DHA Phase VII Extension. ✨🏡
​Our latest design philosophy centers on the "Art of the Frame." We believe a home’s facade shouldn't just be a boundary; it should be a carefully curated lens that bridges the sanctuary indoors with the world outside.
​By utilizing bold geometric cantilevers, we’ve created deep, shaded balconies that offer a cool retreat from the Karachi sun. The vertical wooden louvers aren't just an aesthetic choice—they play with natural light, casting dynamic shadows while ensuring absolute privacy.
​From the warm, earthy daytime textures to the sleek, linear LED illuminations at night, this design is all about balance:

This latest project embodies the complete Botrus vision, taking a modern minimalist concept from the first architectural sketch all the way through construction and final interior styling. We utilized fare-face concrete and warm timber accents to create a dynamic, textured exterior, while the interiors are designed to breathe—flooded with natural light and grounded by biophilic elements that blur the line between inside and out.
