Louvered House in B-17, Islamabad, is a 10 Marla residence defined by interlocking geometric volumes that create a dynamic balance of solid and void. The faƧade contrasts white textured stucco with dark horizontal louvered screens, which provide privacy and effective solar shading. Recessed windows and deep overhangs create shifting patterns of light and shadow throughout the day, while the corner plot allows the composition to engage dynamically with its surroundings.

The entrance is designed to provide a seamless transition from exterior to interior, guiding visitors into the open-plan layout with a sense of clarity and flow.

Common areas, including the drawing room, dining, and lounge, are conceived as a fluid continuum. Furniture arrangement and ceiling treatments define zones without physical partitions, while vertical wooden paneling anchors the visual narrative and emphasizes ceiling height. A neutral palette provides a refined backdrop for contemporary furnishings.

The TV lounge and ground floor living spaces focus on zone definition through a vertical timber media wall that anchors the open-plan layout. Ambient cove lighting and clerestory windows introduce soft natural light and heighten the sense of openness.

The kitchen features a U-shaped layout with light timber veneer cabinetry, grey stone countertops, and a full-height backsplash. Overhead cabinets extend to the ceiling for ample storage, while a large window with horizontal blinds modulates light and ventilation, creating an efficient and bright workspace.

Bathrooms utilize high-contrast materials, with dark veined marble feature walls against neutral beige porcelain. Floating vanities and wall-mounted fixtures maintain openness, maximizing the 10 Marla footprint and giving the spaces a modern, airy feel.

Modern Classical House Designed for Mr. Murad Shabbir in Zaraj Housing Society, Islamabad, this residence represents a refined balance between timeless classical architecture and contemporary living needs. The elevation is defined by precise symmetry, featuring a light-colored palette punctuated by elegant wrought-iron balconies and a prominent central circular window that anchors the upper volume. Stately white columns and warm wooden pergolas frame the entrance, adding layers of character while creating a welcoming transition between the street and the home.

Interior Strategy: A common challenge with deep 1 Kanal plots is maintaining adequate natural light in the central core. Our solution centers on a central atrium and strategically placed skylights, which are already successfully channeling daylight into the heart of the house as seen in the site progress.

The interior zoning moves away from rigid partitions, using flooring inlays and ceiling treatments to define the Drawing Room, Dining, and Lounge areas while maintaining an open visual flow.

Construction Update: Work at the site has reached a critical junction with the substantial completion of the grey structure. The poured concrete and masonry works now clearly delineate the building's massing, confirming the rigid symmetry required for this design.

Facade Details: The cantilevered pergolas and the central circular arch have been executed with precision, aligning perfectly with the elevation drawings.

Next Phase: With the structure structurally in place, our focus shifts to electrical conduits and plumbing infrastructure before internal plaster works begin.

We are delighted to share the complete portfolio of our recently completed residential project, House 1288, located in Block A, Faisal Margalla City, Rawalpindi.

The Vision: Our goal was to design a home that feels expansive and connected, despite the constraints of a standard plot size. We moved away from traditional compartmentalized layouts to create a space defined by light, vertical volume, and honest materials.

Exterior & Facade: The elevation creates a bold street presence by contrasting warm exposed brick cladding with cool grey textured finishes. The geometric massing and the cantilevered porch create depth, making the house stand out in the neighborhood.

Interior Highlights:
The Core: At the heart of the home is a double-height lounge featuring a custom industrial chandelier by Just Another Guild. This space is bridged by a suspended walkway with a perforated metal mesh floor, ensuring light travels freely between levels.

Kitchens: The ground floor features a front-facing open kitchen that connects directly to the outdoors. We also designed a fully functional service kitchen in the basement.

Basement Living: We challenged the concept of dark basements. The lower ground bedroom is flooded with natural light through large vertical windows, making it a primary living zone.

Details: From the solid wood entrance door with vertical grooves to the concrete-finish washrooms with floating vanities, every detail was crafted for modern durability.

PROJECT NAME: Hashaam House
LOCATION: Faisal Margalla Hills, Islamabad
PROJECT TYPE: Residential

Designing on a compact 5 Marla footprint challenges an architect to think vertically rather than horizontally. With the Hashaam House, our goal was to break the mold of typical, boxed-in layouts and create a home that feels expansive and connected, even before the finishes are applied.

We moved away from isolated floors by carving out a central atrium that acts as the lungs of the house. As you can see in the site photos, the staircase isn't just a utility it is designed as a sculptural ribbon winding through a volume washed in natural light from the skylight above. This ensures the home feels breathable and unified from the ground floor all the way to the roof.

There is a distinct satisfaction in seeing the digital lines of our architecture translate into physical concrete. The transition from our initial 3D visualization to the current grey structure highlights the importance of construction precision. Seeing the geometric lines standing on-site proves that minimalist design isn't just about the look—it's about the discipline of the build.

We are excited to move this project from the structural phase into finishing, where these raw textures will come alive.

In the dense urban fabric of 5 Marla housing, the biggest luxury isn’t marble or expensive fixtures, it is space, light, and nature. With House 949 in Faisal Margalla City, we wanted to prove that a compact footprint doesn't have to mean living in a concrete box.

The defining move for this project was turning the layout inward. Instead of maximizing every inch of slab, we carved out a central "green lung"a vertical courtyard anchored by a living tree right in the heart of the home. This completely changes the daily experience; you aren’t just walking down a hallway; you are circulating around nature, with the staircase wrapping around this void to keep the visual connection alive across all floors.

From the street, the house tells a different story. The front elevation is designed as a protective shell, prioritizing privacy. We used a solid upper mass punctuated by vertical fins to screen the interior while establishing a sharp, modern identity. The "Render vs. Reality" progress shots show just how critical construction precision is to this look the grey structure standing on-site matches the geometric rigor of our initial 3D visualization line for line.

Living with Light Ultimately, this design is about atmosphere. A massive skylight positioned above the atrium floods the raw grey structure with diffused natural light, ensuring the home feels expansive and breathable despite its size.
We are now moving from the structural phase into finishing, where we will layer earth tones and textures to soften these modern lines.

Haider House in Gulberg Residencia Block I, Islamabad, is a 10 Marla residence showcasing contemporary architecture through a refined material palette. The exterior features a brutalist-inspired faƧade with textured concrete, warm wood-tone cladding, and integrated linear lighting. Deep-set glazing and large-format stoneware provide cross ventilation, solar integration, and thermal efficiency, seamlessly connecting the sculptural exterior to the interior.

The entrance combines textured stone, timber cladding, and layered lighting, leading into a dramatic double-height void that links the ground and first floors. A skylight floods the space with natural light, while sculptural pendant lighting and glass railings accentuate verticality and support cross ventilation.

The lounge features a neutral palette, clean geometry, and recessed lighting to create an open, luxurious atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen and dining area maintain minimalism with dual-tone finishes, recessed ceiling lighting, and functional layouts that enhance natural light and airflow.

The formal drawing room uses floor-to-ceiling glazing, ambient lighting, and subtle textures to balance privacy with elegance. Bedrooms, including the master suite, emphasize natural light, clean lines, tiered ceilings, and custom full-height wardrobes for a streamlined aesthetic.

A floating staircase within the central atrium serves as a sculptural link between social and private spaces, while skylights enhance daylight and natural ventilation. Bathrooms feature floor-to-ceiling porcelain, book-matched marble, floating vanities, and frameless glass partitions, creating a modern, airy feel.

The rooftop integrates solar panels with a dedicated amenity space, offering a sustainable retreat and expansive city views. Haider House combines thoughtful design, premium finishes, and environmental strategies to set a benchmark for modern residential architecture in Islamabad.

Mall of Khyber in Peshawar is a landmark mixed-use development that blends contemporary architecture with the city’s rich cultural heritage. The exterior features a grounded retail podium topped by an office and residential tower, balancing mass and articulation. The material palette and faƧade respond to the local climate, creating a dynamic play of shadow and texture while adding rhythm and verticality to the skyline.

The main entrance provides a welcoming threshold, with textured materials and layered lighting guiding visitors into the building.

At the heart of the mall, the food court is reimagined as a cultural corridor inspired by Peshawar’s Kissa Khani Bazaar. Wooden stall faƧades crafted by master artisans celebrate local culinary heritage, while legendary shop owners ensure authentic flavors. The design encourages social interaction and immersion.

A central aquarium acts as a biophilic spine, bringing calm and engagement to the space. Corridors and the main atrium are conceived as galleries, with suspended sculptural elements and natural light animating the volumes. Integrated lighting transforms the atrium into a luminous lantern after dark.

Interactive zones, miniature aquariums, and custom kiosks with seating and planters create micro-environments that invite pause and exploration. Subtle flooring patterns, ambient lighting, and embedded wayfinding make circulation intuitive, turning the mall into an experience that connects heritage, community, and modern design.

The elevation of the 2 Kanal Akram House is defined by clean planes, softened edges, and a balanced play of openness and privacy. Vertical shading elements on the upper floor provide privacy to the bedrooms while introducing a subtle rhythm to the faƧade. In contrast, the ground floor opens fully to the landscape with large glass panels that connect the living spaces to the front lawn, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

The entry sequence is designed as a calm, grounded moment within the residence. Textured stone, warm timber cladding, and controlled lighting define the transition into the home, setting the tone for the architectural language throughout. The design emphasizes clean lines, balanced masses, and a strong connection to the landscape, reflecting an approach central to our residential work in Islamabad.

The design of Stria House in Faisal Hills, Rawalpindi is centered on a careful study of massing, using interlocking and cantilevered cuboid volumes to introduce depth and movement, creating a distinct, multi-layered faƧade. Contemporary geometry is grounded with warm, earth-toned finishes, while vertical fluting adds texture, light play, and controlled privacy.

At the ground level, a deliberately overhanging volume forms a shaded carport and defines the primary entry, bringing balance to the overall composition. Soft planting along the edges complements the texture and massing, softening the overall form.

These views of Stria House highlight the core design language: interlocking cuboid volumes arranged at varied depths give the faƧade a sculpted, dynamic quality. The warm finishes and vertically fluted panels introduce rhythm and shadow, while cantilevered blocks over the carport create a protected entry sequence. The result is a faƧade that shifts character throughout the day while remaining harmonious in expression.

Canopy Villa, a 1 Kanal residence in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad, makes a bold statement with its modern faƧade. The large folding roofline, or ā€œCanopy,ā€ is both aesthetic and climate-responsive, creating floating volumes while maximizing natural light and maintaining privacy. Light stone cladding with dark accents gives the home a contemporary, timeless presence. On-site progress shows the structure gradually taking shape, with skylight framing and material transitions aligning with the design intent.

Inside, the double-height foyer breaks the ā€œtunnel effectā€ of narrow plots. The central void connects family areas vertically, creating grandeur, while a skylight and indoor vegetation introduce a micro-climate and warmth.
The lounge opens with calm, balanced proportions. Soft natural light filters through crafted openings, while textured elements add depth, maintaining minimalism and refinement.

The kitchen and dining areas form the social heart of the home. The main kitchen features a sleek high-gloss finish and a central island for entertaining, with fully integrated appliances. The dining room adds warmth and contrast with burnt orange velvet chairs, while a compact first-floor kitchen serves the family lounge above.

The staircase lobby becomes a sculptural experience, with a skylight illuminating floating stairs, a sculptural art piece at the landing, and glass railings maintaining transparency across floors.

The drawing room balances formality with warmth, featuring floor-to-ceiling glazing, soft linens, a neutral palette, and ambient lighting for an inviting space.

House 223 in D-18, Islamabad showcases a striking contrast of materials, with vertical travertine planes set against deep, recessed dark cladding. Bold massing in this one kanal house is balanced by horizontal projections, while tall glazing draws natural light into the double-height interiors. The design emphasizes material restraint, allowing the stone’s tactile quality to define the faƧade, while terraces, integrated planting, and the rear courtyard soften the built edges and connect the home to its surroundings. Light moving across textured surfaces highlights subtle depth and tone, creating a balanced, minimal, and composed composition.

The main entrance is framed in textured travertine and warm timber ceilings, creating a calm transition between exterior and interior, while the guest entry sequences through the courtyard toward the lounge, blending stone, timber, and layered planting with filtered natural light.

The double-height spaces are anchored by a staircase framed in black metal with warm wooden treads, connecting each level with ease. Travertine-clad walls and soft daylight bring depth, while a custom chandelier by introduces a sculptural rhythm, adding elegance and balance to the volume.
The bedroom features muted surfaces, vertical wall panels, and a restrained palette of stone, wood, and fabric. Full-height glazing and soft light enhance warmth and calm, creating a space of quiet sophistication.

The kitchen continues the language of restraint with neutral tones, linear cabinetry, and controlled lighting, maintaining clarity, order, and functional flow throughout.
Bathrooms explore calm textures and quiet contrast, with over-the-counter marble bowls on floating counters, travertine walls, and Akora Khattak stone introducing warmth and an earthy balance. Together, these materials create a minimal, composed, and refined atmosphere.
