Our latest project has officially moved into the Ex*****on Phase — but the journey started much earlier.

We started by visiting the site, carefully observing the existing conditions and understanding the space.
🔹 MEASUREMENTS & SITE STUDY
Detailed measurements and on-site observations helped us understand what the space actually needed.
🔹 CLIENT DISCUSSION
We sat with the client, listened to their requirements, ideas, expectations and the overall feel they wanted for the space.
🔹 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Using our site findings and client vision, we developed the design around functionality, aesthetics and practical ex*****on.
🔹 COSTING & BOQ
The design was then translated into a detailed Costing & BOQ, giving the client a clear understanding of the project scope and investment.
🔹 PROJECT AWARDED
After reviewing the complete proposal, the client awarded us the project.
🚧 NOW WE'RE MOVING INTO EX*****ON.
This is where the real work begins.
