Redesign of Boundary Wall, Sliding Gate & Landscape

Project Brief

This project involves the architectural redesign of the existing boundary wall, sliding entrance gate, and front landscape for a high-end private residence located in Dubai Marina. The objective is to transform the existing frontage into a contemporary, elegant, and visually striking entrance that reflects modern luxury while enhancing privacy, security, and overall curb appeal.

The proposed design adopts a refined contemporary architectural language characterized by clean geometric lines, premium materials, and integrated architectural lighting. The boundary wall is designed with smooth warm beige stucco finishes complemented by dark bronze powder-coated vertical aluminum slats, creating a sophisticated balance between privacy, openness, and modern aesthetics.

Continuous white horizontal architectural bands visually connect the entire boundary wall, adding depth and rhythm to the façade while reinforcing its contemporary character. Elegant feature columns with recessed decorative panels and concealed warm LED lighting create a welcoming nighttime appearance and enhance the architectural composition.

The sliding entrance gate is designed as a seamless extension of the boundary wall and finished with premium wood-look aluminum panels, concealed hardware, and minimalist detailing to create a refined and cohesive entrance experience.

The landscape design introduces tropical and ornamental planting, flowering shrubs, architectural plants, and manicured greenery that soften the built elements while enhancing the property's visual appeal. Premium granite paving and carefully integrated lighting further elevate the overall exterior environment, creating a luxurious arrival experience both during the day and at night.

The design emphasizes durability, low maintenance, and climate-appropriate materials suitable for Dubai's environmental conditions while achieving a timeless architectural identity inspired by contemporary Middle Eastern luxury residences.
