Requirements given to us by the client for this project were simple, he wanted us to design a studio fitness center and the ‘theme’ which was on his mind was ‘industrial’. Yet, it should be elegant too. Two floors were given to us, on ground floor there is a reception along with mixed boxing training while second floor is dedicated for exercise equipment.

To give that industrial look, we mostly used exposed ceilings, rough wooden flooring and ducting pipes. On ground floor, we introduced ‘red’ color as it is mostly affiliated with the boxing.

The project was designed for an owner of a call-center. Scope of work for this project was internal planning and elevation. One of the requirement of the client was to show the whole building as one unit dedicated to his company, which is quite evident in the elevation.
Ground floor was mostly dedicated to corporate offices and reception area, 1st, 2nd and 3rd storeys were dedicated to call centers. 4th and 5th floors were reserved for residency while roof top was for the activity area and dining.

This project was designed for an emerging developer. The project consists of twenty-five units of 5-Marla houses. The units were designed while keeping in mind the cost-factor, sustainability and design elements so that it can be a win-win situation for both, the developer and the end-user. Single storey and double storey elevations were produced so that the developer can offer the client a variety according to their budget.

This project was designed for a renowned developer of twin cities. It covers an area of 81,276sqft and has eight floors. Basement is reserved mostly for parking along with a service area. Ground floor is reserved to facilitate the residents. It has a golf simulator, health club, medical center, grocery store and a laundry shop on ground floor. While the remaining floor have luxurious one bed, two bed and three bed apartments. The façade of building is in North-East direction, which is the most suitable orientation keeping in mind the wind direction and sun orientation.
