Upcoming 16-Marla Residence in Sector A, Bahria Enclave, Islamabad.

This residence is located on a 16-marla plot, with bye-laws of 1-Kanal applied, creating an additional challenge in planning and maximizing the site.

The plot also features a curved edge, which we embraced as an opportunity rather than a limitation. The volumes were carefully positioned to follow the site geometry, while incorporating the client’s requirements with our architectural expertise.

The result is a contemporary residence where site, function, and form come together naturally.
