When a contractor's error shifted an entire house 40 feet off its planned position, the symmetry our client specifically wanted was at risk. Since the issue surfaced after the foundation stage, removing it wasn't an option. Here's how we reworked the landscape and master plan to restore the design intent, without requiring any additional land.

They had a 10×12 ft space, a tight budget, and a vision for a high-end Pan-Asian restaurant in F-11. 🍣

So we looked outside. We turned an empty parking lot into a Japanese-inspired garden that seats 40 tables, built entirely from movable steel pavilions and planters, with nothing permanent.

One month after opening, SOHO was already expanding.

At the 4+2 House, steel framing, timber tile decking, and open glazing bring the outdoors in. Designed for everyday outdoor living, the space opens up to a private lawn, quiet, green, and shielded from the city.
