PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be informed that Hiraya Water Corporation (HWC) Office is open today, September 28, 2026 (Monday), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to accept water bill payments.

Consumers may also pay their water bills at the Houseware Plaza (HP) Superstore in Brgy. Magang and Central Plaza Complex in Brgy. Lag-on, SM Bills Payment, or through online payment like GCash, Maya, etc. (Primewater/Hiraya as the biller).

🚧 Project Progress Update

The 2,625-linear-meter Pipe Replacement Project covering various pipe sizes in Brgy. IV, Daet, Camarines Norte, which commenced on August 6, 2026, has now reached 30% accomplishment. Ongoing works include digging, excavation, and the replacement of existing pipelines. The project aims to eliminate leakages by replacing the old and deteriorated Asbestos Cement Pipes (ACP). Once completed, it is expected to improve water pressure and water availability in the area.

The project is targeted for completion not later than November 30, 2026.

Daet Booster Pump Construction Update

We are pleased to share that construction of the Daet Booster Pump, which commenced on September 9, 2026, has now reached 60% completion.

This project is expected to help improve water pressure and water availability, providing our customers with a more dependable water supply.

We remain committed to investing in infrastructure improvements to strengthen and enhance our water services.

PROJECT UPDATE:

The pipe replacement project along Maharlika Highway in Barangays Pinya and San Francisco, Labo Camarines Norte, which commenced on September 1, 2026 has now reached 30% accomplishment. Digging and excavation activities are currently underway in preparation for the replacement of the existing pipelines. The project aims to eliminate leakages by replacing the old and deteriorated Centrifugal Cast Iron (CCI) pipes.

Once completed, the project is expected to improve water pressure and water availability in the affected areas, providing more reliable water service to residents.

The Construction and Maintenance Department (CMD is currently conducting flushing and meter checks to ensure that the water supply system remains free from clogs and airlocks.

This activity will also be implemented in nearby areas to help maintain proper water flow and ensure the reliability of the water supply system.

HATID-TUBIG: Patuloy na Distribusyon ng Tubig sa mga Apektadong Residente

Sa nararanasang mahina hanggang sa pagkawala ng daloy ng tubig sa ilang bahagi ng service areas ng Hiraya Water Corporation, patuloy ang paghahatid ng tubig upang matugunan ang pangangailangan ng mga apektadong residente, kasama na rin ang mga pampublikong tanggapan at eskwelahan.

Mula sa dating apat (4), nadagdagan ng tatlo (3) ang mga Hatid-Tubig Truck, kaya mayroon nang kabuuang pitong (7) trucks na ginagamit upang mas mapalawak at maparami pa ang mga residenteng mabibigyan ng suplay ng tubig.

Patuloy ding ipinatutupad ang iskedyul ng water delivery mula 7:00 ng umaga hanggang sa matapos ang distribusyon at matanggap ng lahat ng apektadong consumers ang kinakailangang suplay ng tubig.

Inaasahan din ang pagdating ng dalawa (2) pang Hatid-Tubig Trucks upang higit pang makatulong sa tuloy-tuloy na distribusyon ng tubig habang hindi pa tuluyang naibabalik sa normal ang suplay sa mga gripo.

Hinihiling namin ang pang-unawa at pakikiisa ng lahat ng apektadong consumers. Patuloy naming gagawin ang aming makakaya upang maihatid ang kinakailangang suplay ng tubig sa bawat lugar na nagangailangan nito.

We are pleased to share that the Pipelaying Works at Daet Bridge 2 have been successfully completed. This project forms part of Hiraya Water Corporation’s continuing efforts to improve the reliability, pressure, and availability of water service in areas experiencing supply concerns.

Following the completion of the pipelaying works, the Monitoring Team is currently conducting an assessment of the water pressure and water availability in Barangays VII, VIII, and Gubat in Daet, as well as in the Municipality of Mercedes. The monitoring aims to determine the actual improvement in water service and ensure that the newly completed pipeline is operating effectively.

Hiraya Water Corporation will continue to closely monitor the affected areas and implement necessary operational measures to maximize the benefits of the completed project and provide more stable and reliable water service to our consumers.
