2.4% on annualized dividend
= 15.4%

I will pass on this Atram Global Dividend Feeder Fund ..

This is my assessment.

Please Do your own assessment.

If I will compare this to Atram Nasdaq Equity Feeder Fund 9% to 11 % Dividend plus a growth rate of 9.3% =0.093= 18 to 20%

For now ON MY PORTFOLIO.. Fund that gives dividend have not beaten Nasdaq yet.

If i will take a risk atleast 20% Total Return

PERA Account Fund will have more in the future so I will just wait a little longer

I want growth and more dividends

For now
Based on my priority

1. Atram Nasdaq Equity IFF = 9 to 11%
2.Atram Asian Multi Asset = 6% but 20% growth
3.Manulife GEDI =7 to 10%(goal)
4. BPI ALFM GMA= 6 to 6.7%= Gfunds any amount
5. Atram US M.A.= 7.5%=0.075 my least because of bonds

The goal is to have 2000 pesos dividend a month from Funds.

If you’re buying gold on Monday by (T+2)Wednesday.pababa siya.

I’m not sure kung ano ang kukunin na NAVU ni Atram kung Oct 5 ba or Oct 7 sa Pinas..

Mahirap talagang i anticipate ang Price ng Fund kc di tayo real time.

Cost Averaging is the key talaga.
