From a 20-year-old house to a modern home designed for the next chapter of the family's life.
Built on a 250 sqm lot with just an 8-meter frontage and a depth of nearly 32 meters, this 500 sqm two-storey residence was thoughtfully transformed to maximize space, light, and everyday living.
The design reflects the homeowner's love for natural wood and tile cladding on the exterior, while the interiors were carefully planned to feel bright, airy, and naturally ventilated. Despite the narrow frontage, pockets of open space were introduced throughout the 30-meter length of the home, allowing daylight and fresh air to flow deep into the living spaces. The homeowners also took an active role in selecting the interior finishes, making every space a reflection of their own journey and personal taste.
One of the best compliments we received? Guests who had seen the old house couldn't believe it was built on the same lot. Many even asked, *"Lumaki ba yung lote?"* That's the kind of magic thoughtful design can create.
After almost two years of planning, designing, and construction, it's finally been turned over—and more importantly, it's now a home filled with life.
A special thank you to Tito Dado for bringing this vision to life with such exceptional craftsmanship and ex*****on. We're incredibly grateful for the dedication, care, and attention to detail that made this transformation possible.
