HIRING STARTING RATE : 20K - 30 K

OUR NEWLY ARCHITECT WILL BE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF OUR PRINCIPAL

Newly licensed architects are welcome to apply; relevant internship, apprenticeship, or project experience is an advantage

Qualifications and Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Licensed Architect with a valid and current professional registration/license.

Minimum proven experience as a Site Architect or in a similar role within construction and building projects.

Proficient in architectural design and drafting software, including AutoCAD; experience with SketchUp and Revit is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, technical specifications, and building systems.

Experience in architectural visualization and rendering using industry-standard software is an advantage.

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with keen attention to detail.

Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities while meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Knowledge of applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams to interpret architectural designs and ensure implementation on-site.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.

Review and provide shop drawings, material samples, and other submittals for compliance with design intent.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve design-related issues and ensure project milestones are met.

Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams regarding architectural details, finishes, and materials.

Maintain project documentation, including drawing revisions, RFIs, and field reports.

Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable standards.
