Project Update – Khozy Site

Here’s a quick update on our ongoing project at Khozy 👷‍♂️

We’re currently applying Stucco Rendera for a clean, modern textured finish, combined with a Boysen primer coat to ensure strong adhesion and long-lasting durability of the paint system.

For the flooring, we’ve decided to use microcement instead of traditional tiles. This approach helps reduce long-term maintenance. Unlike tiles, which can crack or get damaged when the floor shifts, microcement provides a seamless and more flexible finish that adapts better to movement.

• Ongoing ceiling works – preparation and finishing stage
• Wall works to follow after ceiling completion
• Electrical layout (pin lights & outlets) already prepared for installation

🎨 Next Steps:
• Application of stucco paint for ceiling
• Wall finishing and detailing
• Micro cement application for mezzanine area
