Perform the following procedures:
1.check-up of indoor unit filter and evaporator coil or fins.
2.check-up of outdoor unit coil or fins for possible clogged.
3. check-up of fan motor air velocity in m/s
4. gathering of operating data.
A. Operating pressure low side 130psi high side 300psi
B. Operating current L1-14.1A L2-14.2A

Findings/Diagnosis: defective high pressure switch.
