Our weekend began with a refreshing family road trip to the scenic heights of Tagaytay, Cavite. While the family enjoyed a relaxing hotel staycation, it was an entirely different, deeply meaningful kind of "building" for us.

Stepping outside the Leigh Design Studios and Aleito construction sites, I—as the Principal Architect—alongside my brilliant Engineer wife, Alicia, had the absolute honor of serving as the Ninong and Ninang for a truly beautiful newlywed couple.

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our new Kumpareng Arwin and Kumareng Rebecca. Thank you for your immense trust and strong belief in our capacity to guide and act as second parents to your son. It is a profound realization that the maturity and strict integrity we practice every day in the design and construction industry have naturally translated into our personal lives, earning us the trust to build and guide new families. We do not take this responsibility lightly.

To the beautiful newlyweds: Just like a well-designed structure, may your marriage be built on a solid foundation of love, patience, and mutual respect. We are always here to guide you!

Bakit Ngayon ang Pinakamagandang Oras para Magpatayo ng Bahay?

Sa loob ng mahigit 15 taon sa industriya, ang nakitang trend ni Architect Lito ay simple: Ang presyo ng materyales ay hindi na bumababa; ito ay patuloy lang na tumataas. Ang paghihintay ng "tamang panahon" o ang pag-asang bababa ang presyo ay isang malaking pagkakamali na magreresulta lamang sa mas mataas na gastos.

Bakit kailangang simulan agad?
Ang Bitag ng Implasyon: Kapag may krisis, tumataas ang presyo ng krudo at kuryente. Dahil dito, agad ding tumataas ang presyo ng semento, bakal, at iba pang materyales. Kapag tumaas na ang presyo, bihirang-bihira itong bumalik sa dati.

Huwag Magpa-iwan: Sa dami ng mga infrastructure projects sa bansa, lalong nagiging "in-demand" ang mga manggagawa at materyales. Kung maghihintay ka pa, mas mahihirapan kang kumuha ng mahusay na team sa murang halaga.

Ang Oras ay Pera: Ang bawat araw na hindi mo sinisimulan ang iyong bahay o negosyo (gaya ng resort o commercial space) ay buwan na nasasayang para sana sa iyong pakinabang o kita.

Ang Payo ni Architect Lito: Ang implasyon ay parang magnanakaw na unti-unting inuubos ang halaga ng pera mo. Kung may budget at plano ka na, huwag nang mag-alinlangan. Simulan na ngayon, hindi bukas, hindi mamaya.
