SpaceFabrik Architecture + Interiors + Design + Consultancy We seek to create Spaces that weave rich and complex underlying Fabrics.

Our projects are a result of design collaborations which are influenced by culture design, research, and technology as well as understanding the importance of interdisciplinary strategies. We build on our international and local knowledge as well as the strength of our Team's experience in design, teaching, research, project management and construction technology. We aim to create Architecture which understands the poetics of place and Space that exists within, throughout and beyond its boundaries. Architecture that tells a narrative between space, fabric, user and experience.

(1/3) With the arrival of the American army in 1903 came the influx and settlement of military personnel in Pampanga. Established as Fort Stotsenburg, residential homes known as “Barn Houses” became common along the streets of the community. Despite suburban influences from the US, these houses utilized tropical interventions carried over from local practices.

Since the departure of the American Military in 1991, newly built infrastructure has attracted a population into the area. This proposed Events Center in Clark caters to the growing local and international community. Expanding upon the cultural influences from the west, the events space echoes Midcentury sensibilities that were once common postwar suburbia.

The newly designed Phinma Roof Deck is more than a space—it’s a statement. A reflection of the company’s mission to make
lives better, the space was thoughtfully created to foster collaboration, engagement, and relaxation. It stands as a testament to
PHINMA’s commitment to prioritizing the well-being of the people behind its success.

Its layout allows for seamless transitions between different
seating configurations, ensuing that the space can cater to various corporate and social gatherings.

The Roof Deck will serve as a sophisticated events space, complementing the 12th floor and mezzanine floor office spaces as a dedicated spillover area.
