Miling's Miling’s has been churning out delectable, classic sans rival from its ovens since the 1980’s. Miling’s is the namesake of Domitila “Miling” Mercado Tioleco.

Since then, its selection has grown to include delicious pastries/sweets and different flavors of sans rival. She is the genius behind the irresistible classic sans rival, with layers of cashew-filled meringue and buttercream, and generously topped with ground cashew. From its humble kitchen in San Fernando, Pampanga, with a staff of one, which grew to fifteen, Miling’s ably supplied one of the Ph

ilippines’ biggest bakeshops with its classic sans rival for more than 30 years, from 1980 until 2011. Unfazed by its sole client’s decision to end their contractin December 2011, Miling’s daughter-in-law Paulette and granddaughter Genevie, ventured into opening their own cake and pastry shop. Just a few months from opening, its coffee sans rival was named by Food Magazine Philippines’ as among the country’s Top 5 Sans Rival. Indeed, Miling’s confections never fail to delight the most discriminating palates and warm the toughest of hearts.
