De Sijn formally turned over Washington Retreat, a 3 Bedroom Modern Tropical Residence located in Caba, La Union.

More than a house, Washington Retreat was envisioned as the retirement haven of a couple returning home after spending many years living and working abroad. Designed to embrace a slower, more meaningful pace of life, the residence provides a place where family, comfort, and the beauty of the local landscape come together in a setting they can truly call home.

Inspired by the principles of modern tropical architecture, the residence establishes a seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor living. The 3rd Quarter Corporate Operations Meeting of De Sijn Construction and Development Corporation convened the company's Corporate Operations Staff and Executives in a unified session dedicated to organizational coordination, operational review, and strategic planning.

The Project Implementation Division (PID), Project Design Division (PDD), and Administrative Division came together to assess current workflows, strengthen interdepartmental collaboration, and align operational priorities for the succeeding quarter.

The meeting served as a platform to review ongoing initiatives, discuss process enhancements, address operational considerations, and reinforce the company's commitment to efficient project delivery and responsible organizational management. Through collaboration across all divisions, De Sijn continues to strengthen its internal systems to better support its people, its projects, and the clients and communities it serves.

Work Commencement: LUELCO SCADA Room Design+Interior Fit-out Project.

Construction officially commenced today for the Civil Works and Architectural Interior Fit-Out of the SCADA Room at the La Union Electric Cooperative, Inc. (LUELCO) Office in Aringay, La Union.
The project supports the establishment of Region I’s first SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) facility for an electric cooperative, providing a modern and functional operational environment for advanced power distribution monitoring and control.
It also marks the first collaboration between De Sijn and FLAS, contributing to the cooperative’s continuing modernization initiatives.
