The home captures the essence of tropical living blending neutral texture. with the used of Breeze blocks, Clerestory window, Stone cladding, to adds a grounded, earthy character to the facade, giving the house a timeless aesthetic that grounds the modern tropical design.

Nestled in a peaceful suburban neighborhood in Tanay, this minimalist residence features wood accent wall, with a welcoming front porch. The open-plan concept layout maximizes natural light and space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The design team worked around the tree’s existing position, adjusting grading, setback, and foundation plans to maintain its health and integrity. The tree not only provides seasonal shade and improves microclimate comfort but also creates a meaningful connection between the built environment and the natural landscape.
