Proposed Modern Tropical Courtyard Residence

​This contemporary residence redefines tropical luxury through fluid architectural forms and a deep connection to the landscape. Anchored by an open-plan layout, private pocket gardens, and a multi-tiered roof deck retreat, the design invites seamless indoor-outdoor living while maintaining distinct privacy.

​A refined material palette of raw concrete, warm wood cladding, steel elements, and floor-to-ceiling glass strikes a perfect balance between modern sophistication and tropical warmth. The result is a highly responsive, sustainable home that transforms everyday living into a resort-like escape.

This project envisions a modern tropical Three-storey residence, conceived as a serene urban retreat within a Philippine setting. The architecture blends clean minimalist lines with soft, curved forms, creating a refined yet relaxed aesthetic. Cantilevered balconies, deep overhangs, and expansive glass openings enhance natural light, ventilation, and spatial openness.

Lush greenery is seamlessly integrated through planter boxes and landscaped edges, blurring the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Grounded in a natural material palette of textured concrete, wood, glass, and stone, the residence achieves a balance of warmth, durability, and elegance. Overall, the design promotes climate-responsive living while delivering a resort-inspired atmosphere within a contemporary urban context.
