1. Assessement & evaluation of the floor actual condition.

2. Ensuring proper ventilation & safety precautions by providing a complete board up enclosure, galvanized steel barriers, stanchions, painting signages to help prevent contamination & block specific areas for coating proper & surface preparation

3. Surface preparation is critical. Use grinding & polishing heavy equipments. Removal of lose concrete, laitances & repair of holes & cracks

4. Application of Epoxy Primer. Mix A&B according to manufacturers instruction. Improper formulation leads to poor bonding. Allow primer to full cure.

5. Apply Epoxy Putty or Screed if necessary for additional underlay

6. Application of Intermediate Coating

7. Application of Final Coating

8. Allow coating to fully cure in 3-4days for foot traffic & heavy loads. Foot work allowed in 24hours.
