UODC is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can lead workers, coordinate subcontractors and keep daily site activities moving according to plan.

The role reports to the Project Construction Manager.

• At least 3–5 years of actual construction or fit-out supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of construction and fit-out methodologies
• Able to interpret drawings and translate them into clear daily site activities
• Skilled in manpower planning and productivity monitoring
• Strong understanding of work sequencing and subcontractor coordination
• Experienced in preparing material requests and verifying deliveries

This position is not for someone who simply monitors activity. We need professionals who can study drawings, anticipate conflicts, verify work carefully and follow technical issues through to closure.

The role reports to the Project Construction Manager.

𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥
• Civil Engineer or Architect
• At least 2–5 years of actual site experience
• Strong ability to read and coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEPF and Interior Design drawings
• Skilled in site layout, setting-out, dimension and elevation verification
• Good understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
• Experienced in shop drawing and material submittal coordination
• Capable of conducting QA/QC inspections, especially before concealment
• Able to identify drawing conflicts and resolve or escalate technical issues early
• Experienced in quantity verification and coordination with the Quantity Surveyor
• Disciplined in documenting RFIs, variations and site instructions
• Able to prepare material requirements and two-week look-ahead plans
• Strong in technical reporting and site documentation
