Last Energy Year Philippines, our founder and general manager, Engr. Antonio Botor, shared this reminder during a panel discussion on the Philippines’ readiness for offshore wind development, as featured by Power Philippines.

As the country moves closer to large-scale offshore wind implementation, early technical groundwork becomes critical. Accurate seabed surveys, marine data, and site assessments help developers identify constraints before they lead to costly redesigns, delays, or infeasible project sites.

We’re proud to have supported San Jose Onshore Wind Power Corporation, a subsidiary of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, for their Wind Power Plant and Grid Transmission Line Route project covering approximately 4,000 hectares.

For this project, AB Surveying and Development conducted an Aerial LiDAR Topographic Survey to provide accurate and reliable data for a complex renewable energy development.

On August 7, AB Surveying and Development turned over LiDAR survey data to the City of Carmona, along with Global Mapper training to help their team view, manage, and work with the data based on their planning and analysis needs.
