Floor Area: +- 200sqm
Location: Mckinley West Village - BGC Taguig
-
A single-storey Scandinavian-inspired retirement home designed for seamless, zero-step living, The Flatline House emphasizes comfort through simplicity and accessibility. With limited vertical articulation, the design shifts focus horizontally, using intersecting gable roofs and contrasting wood claddings to create depth and visual interest. By layering light and dark textures, the architecture achieves a balanced composition, proving that even in its most minimal form, thoughtful materiality can define character and elevate the overall spatial experience.
