We’re working on a residential renovation that requires preserving the facade and its mansard roof while we update its skeleton.

✅️Replacement of the roof framing from wooden to steel members

✅️Installation of new roof shingles with bitumen waterproofing

✅️Updating steel windows to aluminum

✅️Replacement of wooden framings and plywood ceilings to steel light framings with fire- resistant boards.

Sealing the building envelope and ensuring the structural integrity of this 37- year old house are our top priorities.

We're working on sheet pile system using waler beams and soldier piles to hold the soil in place and avoid subgrade disturbances with adjacent properties.
