A common assumption is that renovating an existing house will always cost less than building a new one.

But hindi naman laging ganun. 😅

Maraming parts ng construction ang mas magandang napag-iisipan nang maayos habang maaga pa. Kasi once the project is already underway, changing things can become more complicated, time-consuming, and costly. 😅

Minsan, may idea ka na sa dream home mo kahit wala ka pang sariling lote. But before we start putting everything on paper, there are still a few things to consider—especially the size, location, and characteristics of the lot you’ll eventually build on. 🚧
