VS Adriano & Associates Co. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Operator (Civil 3D) to join our technical team.

📌 QUALIFICATIONS

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field
✅ At least 2 years of experience in infrastructure, road, parcellary, or related technical drafting
✅ Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D – REQUIRED
✅ Experience with road, bridge, parcellary, or site development plans is an advantage
✅ Familiarity with DPWH, DENR, and LGU standards is an advantage
✅ Strong attention to detail and technical drafting skills
✅ Ability to work effectively with engineers and surveyors

🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Prepare and revise parcellary maps, Right-of-Way (ROW) plans, and site development plans
• Interpret and incorporate survey data into technical drawings
• Revise plans based on project requirements, field updates, and technical instructions
• Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Geodetic Engineers, Surveyors, and other technical staff
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable project and technical standards
