Getting ready for the next project 🌿
All architectural and engineering plans are now in place and ready for the next stage.

Our Tagaytay site presents a unique challenge, a triangular lot set on varied terrain. It requires thoughtful planning to maximize every angle, optimize circulation, capture key views, stability and carefully manage levels for drainage and efficient ground cut-and-fill.

Irregular sites aren’t limitations; they’re opportunities for considered design and smarter solutions when handled with the right expertise. 👍 Always hire professionals.

A fit-out project (185 sq.m) featuring retail and grooming facilities, created with comfort and functionality in mind for customers, staff, and, most importantly, our beloved fur babies.

On-site at our residential project currently under construction.

We’re pleased to share that all permits have been successfully secured and processed, allowing works to progress seamlessly into the next phase.

Together with WS Builders, we reviewed and validated the layout in preparation for footing and foundation, ensuring accuracy on site before moving forward.

Beyond the seminars and CPD points, connecting with suppliers and exhibitors at CONEX was a highlight too. It was great to see the latest innovations & building materials for the design & construction industry.

Looking forward to attending again next year.
