Qualifications: • With proven experience in residential and commercial construction
• Knowledgeable in structural and civil works
• Able to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Experienced in supervising workers and subcontractors
• Can monitor daily site progress, manpower, and materials
• Knowledgeable in proper construction methods, quality control, and site safety
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on-site and handle project responsibilities

🪚 FINISHING CARPENTER

Qualifications: • With experience in finishing and carpentry works
• Skilled in door, cabinet, ceiling, partition, wall panel, and other wood/finishing works
• Can accurately follow construction drawings and measurements
• Knowledgeable in proper installation, alignment, leveling, and finishing
• Detail-oriented and quality-conscious
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Experience in commercial fit-out is an advantage

📍 Work Location: Project-based / Various locations
