APPROVED DESIGN PROPOSAL | WAREHOUSE PROJECT

Located at Dasmariñas, Cavite

The approved design proposal for this warehouse project embraces a modern contemporary architectural approach, challenging the conventional image of a typical warehouse.

The main design challenge was simple: How do we create a warehouse that doesn’t look like a warehouse?

The facade transforms the functional warehouse structure into a more refined and contemporary commercial presence through a combination of clean horizontal forms, dark architectural finishes, stone-textured surfaces, extensive glazing, and a prominent vertical screen feature that becomes the building's main visual identity.

The vertical wood-look fins provide depth, texture, and warmth while helping soften the scale of the building. Behind the screen, the glazed areas introduce natural light and reveal the more refined office component of the development.

The darker base, controlled openings, large gates, and clean massing maintain the building's industrial functionality, while the carefully composed facade gives it a character closer to a modern commercial or corporate building.
