Position: Project In-Charge
Qualifications:
- A graduate of BS-Architecture or any related construction course
- With at least 2–3 years of experience in construction project management
- Knowledgeable in plans, specifications, estimates, and construction methods
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Able to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Good at scheduling, monitoring, and reporting project progress
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to be assigned to any Project Location
