Think Twice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Decision making in choosing the option to design and construct a dream house/project is crucial. The typical outlook is to save on cost and expect the highest quality possible. This is a false illusion. Quality and cost are rival aspects in the project that is hard to be reconciled. You have to choose one over the other or strike a balance. If you choose quality work you will spend more. If you choose the latter you’ll get what you paid for. A foreman can indeed build a building project and maybe a lovely one at the beginning. However, a foreman is not technically informed with building design and construction as well as with the codes and requirements. Say for example earthquake design consideration, proper steel reinforcement installation, appropriate concrete mixes and placement and many more. With all of the aforementioned, the safety of you and your family or the occupant may have been jeopardized as depicted in the photo below. If you are lucky enough to survive, the cost of rebuilding or repairs ballooned compare to what you should have spent in the first place. House/building structural design and construction are no different in consulting medical doctors. For instance, you needed surgery, you would always want to prefer the licensed surgeon and expert in the field to be safe and of course, avoid further complication and or inspections.

Sad to know that some will only seattle on "not so designed structure" since they are only about 2 or 3 story high. However, earthquake do not choose only those higher once for it to distroy. It includes all. So, once again,...
