This is what happens if owners wanted to save money instead of getting a routine maintenance/service providers. Dried up rails, metal to metal contact ruins the rails and hard load as thermal for motor and inverter drive. Ends up in early burn out of Motor winding coils, Rectifiers, Capacitors, Inductors & IGBT's in the drive. Now that's definitely a costly replacement. A little less than buying a new elevator 😁😄
