WE’RE HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and business development targets
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are properly addressed
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospective accounts
• Represent the company in meetings, events, exhibitions, and other business activities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business opportunities
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management is preferred (at least 1-3 years)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Has Drivers License
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
• Experience or existing network in the construction, interior design, architecture, furniture, or related industries is an advantage
