MB Rayco Construction – Muntinlupa Branch

MB Rayco Construction is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Licensed Architect to join our team in Muntinlupa City.

Qualifications:

- Must be a PRC Licensed Architect
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a licensed architect
- Strong experience in residential, commercial, condominium, and/or building projects
- Proficient in architectural planning, design, technical drawings, and construction documentation
- Knowledgeable in Philippine building codes, permitting, and local government requirements
- Able to coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Willing to work/handle projects under our Muntinlupa Branch

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review architectural plans and designs
- Oversee architectural requirements from planning through construction
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams
- Conduct site inspections and ensure plans are properly implemented
- Assist with permits, approvals, and project documentation
- Ensure projects meet MB Rayco Construction's quality and design standards
