Four Boards. One Lifetime of Discipline.

Not all ambition is loud. Sometimes, it's studying after everyone else has gone to bed. Sometimes, it's reviewing during lunch breaks. And sometimes, it's having the courage to take four different board exams over the years, one step at a time. That's not just achievement; that's perseverance of a lifelong commitment to learning.

That is the story of Abulkhair Pandapatan Ali.

Ar. Ali has served as a university architect at Mindanao State University, Main Campus, since 1994, shaping the physical environment where thousands of Filipino students learn, grow, and build their futures. He is an Adjunct Faculty at the Lyceum of Iligan Foundation, College of
Engineering and Architecture, Iligan City. He graduated from PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College with a degree of B.S. Architecture in 1994.

Between 2020 and 2026, he earned four separate PRC licenses: Architect, Master Plumber, Professional Teacher, and Environmental Planner โ€” every single one through 100% self-review, on his own time, while holding a full-time job and raising a family.

It is a story about discipline, consistency, and an unwavering belief that growth has no expiration date.

To the architecture students, young professionals, and anyone who has ever set a goal and then quietly talked themselves out of it: look at this man's timeline. There is no perfect season. There is only the decision to begin.
