The concrete facade is punctuated by a series of windows along its curvature, with south-facing openings framed by adjustable vertical timber louvers. These elements serve as both functional and aesthetic features, mitigating solar heat gain, regulating daylight pe*******on, and promoting natural ventilation to ensure thermal comfort and breathability throughout the home. The architectural massing of this contemporary residence is informed by its footprint and the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces across all levels.

The elevated bedroom blocks on the upper floors are designed to remain cool, leveraging passive design strategies such as masonry layers, shaded balconies, roof gardens, and water features. The lap pool, strategically positioned on the upper floor, offers the client the opportunity to enjoy uninterrupted sunset views of the city skyline, further enhancing the experiential quality of the design. At the pinnacle of the structure, an outdoor living deck and bar provide a social space for gatherings, complemented by panoramic vistas that connect the home to its urban context.

Client brief: To accommodate the clients' repertoire of kitchen items, they wanted to recreate the space to become less cluttered and far more organized. This included creating storage solutions for every type of item - from packaged ingredients to refrigerated items, to equipment and machines.

Project Description: This design aims to facilitate efficiency and expand the area with a new layout.

Client brief: Following years of success, the client found it best to rebrand and thus renovate the shop. The original brand design utilized a spectrum of colors and elements that gave the impression that it catered mostly to children. The rebrand intends to realign that misconception and expand the clientele, an objective that also needs to be reflected in the new shop design. Additionally, the shop will be converted exclusively for takeout.

Project Description: For this brand, it was important to develop a curious yet aesthetically pleasing interior design that would draw customers and appeal to people of all ages. For this, a minimalist approach was employed. The goal was to develop well-lit interiors and highlight the plain walls as a photo-worthy space. This is meant to push customer engagement and encourage word of mouth.
