🏓 EVP Court Rules & Policies | Let’s Keep the Game Fun & Respectful! 💚
Hi, EVP Fam! 👋🏓
To make sure everyone enjoys a safe, clean, and hassle-free playing experience, we kindly ask all players and guests to follow our EVP Court Rules & Policies. These simple reminders help us keep things fair for everyone and make sure the next group can enjoy their booking on time. 💯
Please take a moment to read and remember the following: 📖✨
⏰ 1. Booking Time & Court Turnover
➡️Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time so you can prepare and start on time. ⏱️
➡️Kindly make sure your group is ready to exit the court 5 minutes before your booking ends. This is a courtesy to the next customer and helps us maintain a smooth schedule. 🔄
➡️Please be mindful of your playing time and allow the next group to enter promptly. 🙏
🧹 2. CLAYGO — Clean As You Go
➡️We follow the CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) policy. 🧼✨
➡️Before leaving the court, please make sure you: 👇
➡️Dispose of your trash properly. 🗑️
➡️Clean up any food, drinks, or other mess created by your group. 🧼
➡️Leave the court and surrounding areas clean and ready for the next players. ✨
➡️Let’s leave the court as clean as we found it—or even cleaner! 💚✨
🚻 3. Comfort Room Etiquette
➡️Please help us keep the comfort room clean and comfortable for everyone. 🧼✨
➡️Always flush the toilet after use. 🚽
➡️Please DO NOT flush napkins, tissues, wipes, paper towels, or any other items that may clog the toilet. 🚫🧻
➡️Dispose of trash in the proper bin. 🗑️
➡️Leave the comfort room clean and ready for the next user. ✨
A little consideration goes a long way! 🙏💚
👥 4. Maximum of 12 Persons Per Booking
➡️Each booking is limited to a maximum of 12 persons. 👥
Please note that this applies to everyone who enters the court, whether they are playing, watching, sitting, or accompanying the players. 👀
➡️Maximum: 12 persons per booking 👥
➡️Excess: ₱100 per person 💰
➡️Children aged 12 years old and below are FREE and will not be charged. 🧒💚
➡️Once your group has entered the court and our staff conducts a headcount, any person beyond the allowed 12 persons will be charged ₱100 each, even if that person is only watching or sitting and is not playing. 💰
So please make sure to include everyone in your headcount before entering. 😊📋
🚗 5. Parking Policy
Due to our limited parking space: 🅿️
➡️Maximum of 4 cars may park for free. 🚗
➡️If you have more than 4 cars, the additional vehicles will need to park elsewhere or use paid parking. 🚗➡️🅿️
➡️Additional parking is ₱35 for the first 3 hours per car, with succeeding hours charged accordingly. 💰⏰
➡️We highly encourage groups to carpool whenever possible. 🚗🤝💚
🚫🍺 6. No Liquor Inside the Court
➡️For everyone's safety and comfort, liquor/alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed inside the court. 🚫🍺
➡️Any liquor found inside the court without prior permission will be subject to a ₱2,000 penalty. 💰⚠️
➡️The only exception is for a special event that has been properly arranged and approved by the administration beforehand. 🎉📝
➡️Please coordinate with our admin in advance if you are planning a special event. 🙏📩
📅 7. Booking, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
➡️Please double-check your booking details before confirming your reservation, including: 🔎
➡️Date 📅
➡️Time ⏰
➡️Number of persons 👥
➡️Other booking information 📝
➡️All confirmed bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. 🚫💰
➡️🚫If you accidentally book the wrong date or time, we are unable to provide a refund.
➡️Rescheduling is allowed only when requested MORE THAN 48 HOURS before the scheduled booking time. ⏰
➡️Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking cannot be accommodated because it becomes difficult for us to rebook the reserved timeslot. 🚫📅
➡️Please check your booking details carefully before confirming. Once confirmed, the booking policy applies. 💚📌
📩 8. Booking Approval & Pending Bookings
➡️If your booking is currently marked Pending Approval, don't worry! 😊💚
➡️Your selected date and timeslot are already reserved while your booking is pending, so another player cannot book the same date and timeslot. 🔒📅⏰
➡️Our team will review your booking and approve it as soon as possible. 👩💻✅
➡️Once your booking has been approved or rejected, our system will automatically send an email to your registered email address. 📧
➡️📌 Please check your email for the booking status rather than relying only on the SureReserve app. 📩📱
📱 9. Customer Inquiries & Chat Support
➡️We do our best to respond to messages as soon as possible. 💬
If there are questions that our team cannot immediately answer, please allow us some time to verify the information. 🔎⏳
Our chat attendant usually checks messages during: 🕐
🌅 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
🌙 9:00 PM – 12:00 MN

🔎 10. Lost & Found Policy
➡️Please take extra care of your personal belongings. 🎒📱
➡️📌EVP Court is NOT responsible or liable for any lost, forgotten, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings. 🚫
➡️Players are responsible for checking and bringing all their belongings before leaving the venue. 🎒🔑📱
➡️If our staff happens to find a forgotten item during cleaning or inspection, it may be placed in our Lost & Found, but we cannot guarantee that every lost item will be found or turned in. 🔎📦
For any found item: 📌
➡️Items must be claimed personally during our operating hours. 👤
➡️🚫We DO NOT arrange, coordinate, pack, deliver, or hand over lost items through Maxim, Lalamove, GrabExpress, or any other courier service. 🛵🚫
➡️🚫Lost items will not be released through third-party riders for security and liability reasons. 🔒
➡️EVP Court is not liable for belongings left behind. ⚠️
➡️🚫We cannot accept responsibility for claims involving lost, missing, incomplete, damaged, or incorrect items.
➡️Items that remain unclaimed beyond our storage period may be disposed of or donated at management's discretion. 📦
📌 Before you leave, please check your bags, phones, wallets, keys, paddles, and other personal belongings. 🎒📱👛🔑🏓
