Our clientsโ€™ lot is perched on the highlands. From the road, it slopes downwards to an impressive expanse. So we terraced the house into split-levels to minimize disruptive cut-and-fill and maximize the breathtaking views.

The design is unassuming from the road, revealing itself from the sides, and rising in full glory from the bottom.
